Improved a heavily-used core workflow by enabling real-time collaboration in search. Balanced performance constraints, technical limitations, and usability trade-offs to ship quickly without disrupting existing users. View case study →

Unlocking enterprise revenue through API-Driven uploads
Designed Everlaw’s first cloud API integration (O365), augmenting manual uploads under a tight deadline, unlocking a seven-figure enterprise deal and creating a scalable framework that accelerated 6 additional APIs, driving up to ~73% faster uploads.
Enabling faster, more accurate search through entity resolution
Introduced entities as first-class objects, building on an existing email parties model. This enabled retrieval of documents pertaining to specific people in fewer clicks and improved search accuracy. The work required deep technical collaboration and cross-team roadmap alignment, laying the groundwork to scale entity resolution to other data types.
Design system magic: From tedium to delight 🥸
Overhauled our icon library, cutting creation and management time by 75%, and snuck in a fun one for the team! Also built various foundational components, making UI work faster and more consistent long-term.
